Thy Will or My Will?

Greetings!

This Sunday, September 14th, Rev. Bill will have us grease up like Sumo wrestlers and step into the ring to tussle with a struggle as old as God-Consciousness itself:

☯️ “Thy Will or My Will?“ ☯️

As those who have attended a recent Sunday Service know, Rev. Bill has begun leading the Congregation in the Lord’s Prayer. Some “New Thought-ers” may have been raised in religions where the prayer was regularly recited. Others of us (👋🏽)) may not have been. But whether you were or weren’t, there is one phrase in particular that stands out above the rest: “Thy Will Be Done.” But do we mean it? How often do we think we have “a better idea?” It’s funny when you think about it. Isn’t it wonderful God loves us just the same?

The beautiful thing about free will is that, “You Can Get It If You Really Want It!” And if it is in everyone’s best interest, you can be confident that your and God’s Wills are aligned. Sing it, Tom! Sing it super awesome PNTC Choir!    🎶  🎶
