A Different Perspective
Greetings! This Sunday, June 22nd, long-time PNTC member and Master Healer Hoberleigh Phreigh, MSOM, will step in as featured guest speaker while Rev. Bill enjoys a couple of well-deserved weeks off. Instead of conducting a service solely dedicated to healing, Hoberleigh has something to say! Her talk topic is:
☯️ “A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE” ☯️
For those who may not know, Hoberleigh has dedicated her life to the healing arts. She has an unquenchable curiosity and is always learning and adding to her repertoire of healing techniques that she then offers to her clients. On Sunday, she’ll invite us to look anew at what we might label in a knee-jerk reaction as “bad” or negative. If beauty is in the eye of the beholder, isn’t “calamity” as well? Hoberleigh will also treat us to something she calls, “Soul Language.” Many report improved physical, mental and emotional states after experiencing it. Come see what it can do for you!
In celebration of the holiday Juneteenth, Tom and our great PNTC choristers will inspire us with the rousing “Lift Every Voice and Sing.” They will also remind us in the most melodious way that there is, “No Day But Today;” a glorious song from the musical “Rent.”
It’s hard not to see the parallels between the struggle to be free that enslaved people endured and were finally granted on June 19th, 1865, and the fight for freedom & dignity we are currently witnessing in the U.S. and other countries. No one is free until EVERYONE is free!
